Returns Procedure
Upon receipt of your order you have 2 working days to advise us of any damage or shortage of goods. If for any reason you have ordered the incorrect item we offer a 28 days refund or exchange if an item is returned in perfect condition and original packaging. You are responsible for any returned goods until it reaches our warehouse and we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting and use a recorded method of delivery. We regret that postage, packing and insurance are non-refundable unless goods received are faulty or received in error. If you are unable to check goods upon receipt we kindly ask that you mark delivery papers as Not checked before you sign.
How do I return an item?
Please e-mail enquires@bikerite.co.uk to obtain a valid returns number. Any items sent without a valid returns number will be refused delivery. Once you have a returns number, send your item to the address below :-

Do you ship outside the UK?
Our website is setup only to cater for UK shippment. If you require shipping elsewhere, please e-mail us at Sales@bikerite.co.uk to see if we can accomodate you.
How long does delivery take?
If you order before 3pm, we aim to ship the parcel same day. After leaving us, delivery takes 2-3 days via CityLink and 1-2 days with 1st Class Recorded Delivery.
What levels of stock do you carry?
We endeavour to maintain good stock levels of all popular lines and sizes. If any item is unavailable from stock we will let you know of the revised expected delivery date.
